Refund Policy
Returns
If any of the products we deliver is faulty please email us immediately stating the problem and attaching any photos you have of the faulty product. Our return policy lasts 7 days. To be eligible for a return, we will at our discretion, deliver and swap out any faulty products.
Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our doing or returned more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds (if applicable):
If you are approved, you may receive a refund or partial refund of the faulty goods. This will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on products for change of mind.
